Joint Salon and Open Mic with Highland LIT

A festive Open Mic featuring voices from the Scottish Highlands and Central Belt

Tuesday 15th December 2020 at 6.30pm on Zoom

We are delighted to be collaborating with our friends in the north, the Highland LIT, to present a unique ‘Open Mic’ evening of fiction, prose, and poetry, co-hosted on Zoom.

Our six participant slots have been taken, but we’d love you to join us as our audience.

Our theme “Bridging the Gap” symbolizes the aim of this event: to connect voices from different parts of Scotland – and further afield. Our last Salon had guests from across the globe, which shows that even in this challenging year, we have made new connections.

We invite you to book a ticket through Eventbrite, including the add-on which will give the Zoom-meeting details. This will help us to monitor numbers, but if you’re uncomfortable with signing up this way, we will append the zoom details below anyway.

Feel free to wear festive apparel, and bring a drink or two to the Zoom. The official event will last for 90 minutes, but those who wish can continue chatting and bridging the gap…

We look forward to seeing you, as participant or congregant.

Festive Wishes,

Edinburgh Literary Salon
