November Salon From Your Home – Book Week Scotland Edition

As the nights grow longer and the days seem darker, we are delighted to tell you that we’ve got an extra-special treat to warm all our hearts for our November Salon From Your Home. We are delighted to welcome fantastic writer and brilliant storyteller, Fiona Herbert with her Inspiralled Tales, as our Special Guest for our Book Week Scotland Special Salon (From Your Home). The Salon takes place on Tuesday 17th November, from 6pm.

Fiona is well-known both to the Salon and to the Storytelling Centre, where she last performed at the International Storytelling Festival. Watch it here for the next few days:

We will post a post a short video of one of the Cailleach Tales, exclusively recorded for us by Fiona, and then invite you to join in a Zoom session, with an interview, followed by a general chat about literature, folk-tales, and anything bookish.

Tickets are available (it is free, as ever) from Eventbrite,; who will send you the details and reminders as we draw nearer to BOOK WEEK SCOTLAND!

It promises to be another fabulous night at the Salon. We look forward very much to seeing you all on Tuesday night.
